"The "Master-You" Course is for those who want to go above and beyond the call of themselves. Those who want to Live-Love-Lead & Leave (Legacy) with intentional focus. Every year we take 24 people on a high-level journey for 24 weeks, who desire to sharpen the saw and finish well!

The focus on knowing you-developing you and deploying you accesses self and focuses on the 7 essential areas of development. Enrollment starts in the fall (October) with the development sessions beginning in the Winter (January). Cost $72 per month or $800 a year.

This developmental journey is ideal for the individual who wants to maximize or for the Organization who desires their leaders to become more developed in order to maximize organizational capabilities. We assure you that you will grow, you will be more prepared to handle challenges, your performance will improve holistically, and your decision making will be clearer and effective as you move toward fulfillment and excellence!
